I dont find any job security, if anyone says anything correct then as per precision info that individual neglected and force to quit. Lot of politics also no proper company policy. There will no work satisfaction. We can't see proper appreciation for employees who do work. In other words its totally a hectic company .....

(Hari and Naveen) Both of them need improvement in their management skills specially Hari. Neither their problem-solving skills so that issues can`t be resolved quickly and neither their communication skills so that there can`t be good coordination with the team . These people need improvement in their work skills so that there is good collaboration with the team and these people torcher and misbehave with their team and do have the habit of fighting at all and abuse anyone .
