Neither their problem-solving skills so that issues can`t be resolved quickly and neither their communication skills so that there can`t be good coordination with the team . These people need improvement in their work skills so that there is good collaboration with the team and these people torcher and misbehave with their team and do have the habit of fighting at all and abuse anyone .
