Pratham always concern about employees learning nd run lots of training program, they always emphasis on latest technologies and provide sometime external trainings as well if required, Work life balance is good, such flexible with timings, overall good company if jaipur is d only target.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Work life balance is so good. Flexible working hours. There is no micro management. Apart from hybrid we can seek for WFH for some days/months in certain cases. Salary hike is also around 15% .
