There is no point to like prama hikvision technical support department , worst manager ever seen in any company before joining the company please see the review

This is purely call center job in the name of technical support , HR gives you false information regarding job , and in office manager say this is call center only need good communication skills , there is not need to give technical help , based on this they give incentive to wrong employee , manager does not see the employee knowledge they just see there CASTE people gets benfit of incentive , increment and everthing else, even they gave false name in the incentive list to get commision from the employes , I request the CEO and MD of the company to look into this technical support borivali branch for the empolyee who are still working over there will atleast can see future if something will change by this review...Read More

There was nothing as such I liked working with Prama hikvision other than the staff. Colleagues were very good in nature to spend time with.

Dislikes

The work culture for Technical department is very bad. Break duration for Tech support department was very bad. Not much healthy enviroment.
