The worst company that any company I have ever seen in my life. No one supportive here, HR also. The worst man I have ever seen in any industry is Vinod Gattani (Factory Head) He is selfish man. not event thinking about employees. He he can see someone can compete with him or he cant like, he can fire him for any foolish reason. HR also supports him. He thinks is knows everything. He doesn't have any sense when talking with employees. The quality head also supported him. They also play lots of politics there. No one can move from any floor without asking Gattani. I didn’t like working there from the day one environment was totally worst

One of the worst company referred from your side there no scope payment are kept on hold No growth for current staff every no better opportunity for locals they bring employees from other place and give them opportunities From HR to the factory management all are grace with fake promises.
