The worst company that any company I have ever seen in my life. No one supportive here, HR also. The worst man I have ever seen in any industry is Vinod Gattani (Factory Head) He is selfish man. not event thinking about employees. He he can see someone can compete with him or he cant like, he can fire him for any foolish reason. HR also supports him. He thinks is knows everything. He doesn't have any sense when talking with employees. The quality head also supported him. They also play lots of politics there. No one can move from any floor without asking Gattani.
