It is just a Company where people are hired for one person's satisfaction! The factory head will give you false promises and good salary for making you join, later when u understand the culture they wont even accept ur resignation. So that you dont get ur PF benefits! Worst

Dislikes

No work culture, Just slog yourself for 9 hrs! If u miss your punching you will loose your day pay! HR will show you fake dreams that it is an MNC company! Once u join you will understand the point. 10 minutes break for tea? 1 minute late . Your all hard work will go to hell. Even Manager is non cooperative. The whole unit is under One man rule, no power to other management. Worst.

Handling a production line! I repeat A production line of 25 to 30 people and achieve daily targets. Those 25 to 30 ppl are on contract and which changes after every 7 months. So you have to train all of them and get daily targets. Irrespective of problem

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
