there is nothing for like, I am very disappoint from technical support team. I don't know why the management is hired call center managers. They don't know how to respect the Engineers

HR team is hiring to Engineers for Technical Support, But the Technical Team Managers treating like a call center, Because they are from call center, They do not understand what is the Engineer I would requestto those engineers. Timings are good but if we complete the work at early & need to go if any emergency can't go because time punch is to be mandate. If u logout early then u will get lop or half day loss
