HR Head is horrible and doesn't even knows basic language to talk to employees, very arrogant he talks like road side rowdy. VP & AVP all bunch of Joker good for nothing only appointed by management as dummy der job is spread rumours about competition and all these people are highly arrogant. Many of there VP cannot even speak basic english, even we are not good in english but basic communication should be clear and they teach team how to do sales. many of there employees are agent of competition and just try to take offer and show management and take promotions & Hike. Hardly able to show managerial skill and when pressure comes blame team member. HRBP is one more joke in the company all bunch of jokers again, during serious review playing in Mobile Phone and Give lecture to sales team on how to do business these people cannot even walk in Hot climate for 30 minutes. MD is good person but doesn't take tough decision on Upper management leaders inspite he knows they are totally not using brain in there work just enjoying position. Also there logistics, Technical guys are very arrogant and finance guys too. But down the line very good people managers are not good putting obstacle in team member work. Sorry if u want to enjoy life and be comfortable this is perfect company for you. if you can do little business and come to office keep seniors happy, u will feel heaven. but if u want to have self worth don't join this company....Read More
