The only good thing about Pragya is that, the field staffs are very diligent and cooperative.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad. The managers don't understand the difficulties of the field. There is too much of an interdepartmental clash at the head office, which highly affects the field staff. In case you are not able to complete certain tasks due to some unavaoidable reasons (you didn't find vehicle to go to the field, the community people are not in the village, etc. which are totally out of your control), the management will be all ready to cut down your salary. Some are working as managers but have rarely visited the field and they don't even want to visit because they don't want to leave their comfortable cubicles.
