Office is amazing, very nice, clean and beautiful.

Work-life balance is nonexistent, and the employees are treated more like laborers than valued team members. There are no holidays or celebrations observed, and strict punctuality is enforced with salary deductions for lateness. Despite being an NGO, they have unrealistic formal dress expectations and may send you home for not complying. Late work is mandatory, with no compensatory time off.
