Long term project, Lot of scopes there to learn & develop.

The project was sold to PE fund riser Pragnya. The top management are not available to discuss about the project issues & people issues. Women employees were faced racism and Some customer relationship officers doing in direct business through their influence. Especially banking loan & interior work reference to customer. The management did not care about this and threw the effective employees from the system..Hope they will take steps and make better....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
