Company is great for those who don't want to grow. So for them this company is best for passing time.

Politics Growth is nill either personal or professional or mental. Boss of a company must not be week from his ears. Neither he should jump to conclusions after listening to one more he should negelec any one.. The person who is unit head doesn't deserve to be one...
