Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There's absolutely no scope of growth. You can expect a promotion once in 9-10 years even after consistent outstanding performance throughout. No appraisals in the past 2 years have also resulted in a lot of good people leaving the company. PR Newswire is good but it's parent company Cision is just slowly crippling it to a torturous death.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
