Ppl a good pvt.ltd where safety rules and regulations are mandatory and then work, I am learning more about work and comparison with my theory is same and they follow safety rules at every moment in working condition and there I would work as a maintenance technician in different sections like lathe Lb-17, different gearbox,oil checking of locomotive,automobile section, fitting section and machine section. I learned from my technician master Mr. Bindhani sir who worked there 35 years as technician in ppl. I will leave from ppl because of my higher studies (diploma) and also there is no feature for us. Therefore I request to you kindly find a good platform for me where I will apply my skill and deployed it....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
