Recently they are very adamant about work from office. You have to be at office for 6 hours. More micromanagement, You hours and your git commits will be tracked If you have anything to do with US team you have to stretch late. Very small cafeteria

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
