1) Company has internal politics. 2) No culture, some seniors shout on you and use abusive language (gali) 3) If you want to destroy your life please join this company 4) Company can remove you at anytime without prior intimation even if you are permenent employee. 5) company is not for engineers. 6) At time of making permenent to any employee they told to sign you some forms ,in which it written that if you leave this company ,you can't join other company which are in same field as powermaster for 5 years. Means there is no use of experience. 7) If you want to promotion in this company you have to became cheap person, whatever discussion happens inbetween workers and your colleagues, you have to secretly told to your floor manager(senior). 8) Company files police cases against his ex - employee ,reason is ex- employee joins different company which are in same field as powermaster....Read More

They hire you fresher for sure. You will learn new skills as a fresher. People on floor are diamond if you maintain your relationship with them. Company is not for youngsters for long run. You will learn from roots i.e. assembling and handling material with self. I enjoyed my 3 years of working with powermaster and i will suggest get in learn and jump out as soon as possible. First of all you will hold back your growth if you work more than a year. Driving features for Promotion and appraisal doesn't relate with your work or dedication. Worst was owner is like brutal king sometimes. But if you are good enough mam will uphold you in all situations. In terms of managers they are the ones who will back stab you in every situation just to show there names on top. They fear of someone meeting owners for reporting. Good environment culture. I've Learnt a lot .My Senior as well as employees are too supportive. SDA ma'am makes strong bonds with engineers and makes themselves comfortable. Always welcomes new innovative ideas. If you have backing of SDA then no one will ever question you. Enjoyed every day at PME especially night shift for export orders.

Dislikes

No promotions, some seniors from different department are very abusive. So called HR daya is the main reason to exit organisation.

The thing which I liked about this company is that every employee is enthusiastic in making you learn different things The managers encourage their subordinates to grow and learn Facilities of gym canteen and play room are a fun advantage for some recreation time

Zero job security, Very poor management and very disturbing culture every employee work in fear that this time theirs salary won't be on hold.

No freedom of work, for every decision you want to make we must take permission of owner so that he won't abuse you for your decision. Trust me working for them is a nightmare. They keep conducting interviews because nobody choose to stay in company. Hr have a mentality that even if you work hard for them you should be greatful to them bcz they are paying you.

If you want to start a career in production industry this company is good stepping stone. You can gain knowledge from number of people who are well experienced in their respective departments. You can get knowledge about different types materials which are commonly used in production engineering. Overall I had very good experience in my department.
