Excellent working environment. Team mates and managment are very supportive. Huge cafeteria including food facilities and Gym provision also.

Dislikes

Compang policies and systematic very poor and need to implement company policies. There is no online appraisal procedure and benefits are less.

Based on the client work nature is going... Worst client - Coastal Energen pvt ltd, Tuticorin. They don't have systematic work, Instrumentation dept - Worst, no work life balance, no Public holiday,. They treat like you slave..

No matter how much can be said about this company,It will be less. Because this company seems to have good growth,it would be good if we had it in Ap too, but recently Meenakshi power plant also took O&M.This is a company with 100% job security.
