Flexibility in work and work-life Balance is good. No Micromanagement to date. No blocker when it comes to taking leaves. Leadership is understanding.

Dislikes

Pay is less compared to other brands that are growing exponentially like us a brand. Also with respect to growth, the hikes are less. We shouldn't compare ourselves with other startups because they are not growing at the pace that we are growing. Ideally, that won't be an idle benchmarking for hikes.

The senior are very arrogant and exploit like if you are a donkey with low wages.No approval for paid leaves. The company should get a award for giving lowest increment in the whole industry. No job security they will fire you or force you to apply for resignation with no validate reason. No chances of growth only politics.

They said its having good work life balance but they dont and now the new policies comes in to the place for the leaves & whole restructuring of the groups every 6 months which makes there is no stability in the team Also if you do bucketing to your director then you will get promotion for sure(its proven twice now)
