The company is very good in compensation & benefits and there are multiple growth opportunity in the company. And the teammates are cooperative and helpful. And here you will get the opportunity to learn south languages. The top level management takes the suggestion from the lower level management and they appreciate suggestion and they gives reply. Even a CEO & COO both are excellent in interaction with the employees via mail....Read More

Dislikes

The company takes suggestion but they delay in implement. When I was there I feel insecurity regarding the job and one more thing there is a compulsory overtime in the company.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Generally I assist the customer and stakeholder queries and helping them to resolve their problem which they are facing. I do repetitive work on daily basis. Resolving 100+ queries on daily basis. And also handling escalation cases.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
