Well on an average everything was good..I joined the company in Feb 2015 as a executive and promoted as quality analyst in 2017,porteck is great company for beginners moreover they are institutional, you can learn lots of things related to your work profile.. working environment was good, management like team leader and managers were very supportive and I must say I have never seen a company who gives diwali bonus amount even after the employees resigned. Well as I said everything was great in the beginning but when the time changed everything changes accordingly,as I said it more institutional,you feel like you are in school,lots of restrictions, annually increment and appraisal was very poor, night shift employees deserve more..they are working against the biological clock,please respect that....
