The company is totally one man based. They just take calls without listening to you. Pathetic culture, massive mis management, no resolution, no any solution to your problem, 6 days week, no one can decision except top management, in telecom division you have work for 9 to 9 and no any recognition. It is pertaining to Bangalore Branch for Power BU division. RSM & senior ASM are not professional in work, completely biased. Being ASM need to report to senior ASM daily instead RSM. Language they use is unparlmentary.
