Lot of things, too much politics in upper management, lot of ego issues, HR and IT useless department but still get importance. Too much favoritism this will kill good employees, No proper work life balance etc..

My parents met with an accident and i have to be with there with them ..i want wfh for 1-2 months..as my job role is all on desktop and interneta nd call ..no field work..but they didn't gave me that and my reporting manager forced me to leave my job

They have good infrastructure and overall good name in market. Has good expansion policy and provides all benefits to employee what they require.

As a sales person tye selling pattern is totally different. Here the channel partners / distributors has more say than the employees. They make you dance at their tune. If unknowingly you make a mistake, you are directly reported to CMD and you face sound or job loss. It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . It is pertaining to Bangalore Branch for Power BU division. RSM & senior ASM are not professional in work, completely biased. Being ASM need to report to senior ASM daily instead RSM. Language they use is unparlmentary.
