No facilities at all like working as an African country, work life balance nil. As an entry level employee you got 3 to 5 years bond. If u even worked hard for 4 years they slap u like lakh or two rupees as bond money. (8 to 4 months gross salary). Without given you written proof.

If you are having buttering skills then will survive for a long time.

Bad politics. No value of employees, always fearing that if you leave our company, you will not got a job because Polymedicure is having very good relationship with other companies of same field. No overtime for staff, but all discussion or meeting will be after duty hour.

Lot of scope for learning. Great mentors are leading the departments specially PPC, Operations. Everyone helps professionally as well as personally. Polymed growing at the good pace. Owners have great futuristic goals.

Dislikes

Every company has that group of people whose ideology is totally different. They believe in creating nuisance, disobey rules, disrespect fellow colleagues. There are 2-3 people in the company, who are exploiting others life.
