What i enjoy most about working in this company is strong sense of collaboration and supportive team environment where everyone is willing to help each other ... which allows me to learn and grow while tackling challenging product...I also appreciate the emphasis on work life balance with flexible hours and opportunities for professional developememt offered by the company.

Pure sales company u have justify your salary if u are not able to complete your sales then they will not give your salary There are no fixed holidays the even ask you to work of holidays eg diwali ect. Your week off will depend upon your team leader so there are chances that you have to work 7 days I'm week and company is purely BPO SECTOR so company experience does not count in other sectors

Sales pressure even i you have completed your monthly Target still they will ask u more because u also have complete team Target
