I believe polestar needs to improve on management side by involving mutual respect policies and work ethics. HR needs to be strong enough yo take legitimate decisions on their own to reduce their attrition and increase employee retention by keeping a transparent payroll services.

Sir I am politly explain before COVID-19 lockdown in this organization working enviroment was very good but after lockdown my key skills was not match my curent skills again and again blame my work. I am software developer but my organization given me data entry work and target basis and target was very high.Its impossible for any software developer

Polestar is a good company. I am deployed in Client Site. But the work at client site is very worst. No proper management is there, only I am working there for support. No work life balance. I got frustrated here.

Polestar is a good company. But the resources sitting on client site facing lots of problems. No work life balance is there. Also if you are in Client site, it will very difficult to take leave.

I joined Polestar Solution fresh out of campaus and learnt a great deal on data analytics platforms. After around 6 months of training I got to work on projects from some leading and emerging Indian brands

Now company is more focused about business intelligence and not much about development.

As I have mentioned that company is focused in BI not in development , I was in development department so have to serve majorly at client side it can be noida or gurgoan. But some time clients benefits are good. But in house development is absolute zero.

1 : Cheap Politics. 2 : Zero job security, you can be fired any time, no matter on which project you are working, they can replace you with a fresher. 3 : Zero Quality in project deliveries, even they cheats with the clients. Suppose they take 3 months to complete the project and the client have an agreement of 3 months to get the delivery of the project. But Polestar completes the project in 3 months and compromises with the quality of the product and then takes 1 year to improve to the product on paid bases and then also not giving the quality in the code hence the improvement goes to never ending process.
