Love the open and positive work atmosphere. There are many benefits and facilities provided like food, gym. I can easily work stress-free, manage time and not miss my workout. The pay is also pretty nice.

Dislikes

Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike Nd bonus.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
