If you will work in this company, you will forget Ur personal life. Also, you will be treated as slave sometimes. More than talent, family planning development you can see in the company. If you are know to any supervisor (bucketing), you might become a manager.

No growth, work pressure is high, you might end up working 12-14 hours shift. Every week u'll get a special dose if the volumes are high. You will loose Ur self respect. Managers and TLs won't value the individuals. Get as many appriciations from clients, but it will go unnoticed. But, as said if u belong to any of the TLs and Managers family, u might end up owning the company. Half of the news u'll get on floor is planned.
