Everything. There is no career growth. They will find as many reasons as they can to deduct your money from salary. No pf, no job security. Three months notice period without any reason. They will deposit your one month salary and if don't serve notice period of three months for whatever reason they will not give your money back. They will also hold your salary in your notice period. No increment more than 1000 rupees per year. You will not get any leave for three months after joining. No vacations whatsoever till you complete your six months. And no leaves in your notice period even if you have balance leaves. They will torture you for everything in notice period....Read More

Work Details

I was lucky during my work at the institute the senior team, the observing members, parents and students... appreciated my style of teaching. Thank full to all and the almighty God. If you are efficient then you have good chance of growth.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
