There is no work life balance they can anytime overload you with work even on gazzeted holidays and Sundays . Colleagues do not co-operate with those who join fresh rather try to pull them down is every way. The authorities are extremely biased towards employees. I had a very unpleasant experience. The authorities cheated me even though I worked for the institution very hard .
