School administration is extremely poor.Biased attitude. They do not pay salaries on time. There is no family time you get. You need to work till late evenings. Teachers are over burdened.

No lay off during COVID. But salary was half.

Dislikes

School reporting time is 6:20AM which is too early. Managing the time is bit difficult . Dispersal time is 2.20pm. Leave policies are not suitable. Salary is coming too late.
