It feels great to be a part of this institute, the work environment is very positive,the timings are convenient for the teachers, frequent trainings are provided to the teachers for the betterment of the students and teachers.The trustees of the school often visit and interacts with the teachers to know about the review of working in DPSJ, therefore if there is anything bothering us or disturbing us we can clearly put forth our points and suggestions to them. Well there are few areas according to me where the institute can progress and get more admissions, This is my personal observation that during exams of Grade lllrd to Vth the invigilation duties are given to the teachers who are not able to solve the doubts of students, therefore the child's performance is affected and because of this he/she ends up getting weak grades in exam. For example how can a sports teacher solve the doubts of any language papers ,,ofcourse they can't because it's not their subject .Sudents are small and they just need proper guidance at this age, we have to make them feel comfortable during the exams. One of the student puked in the class on the First day of exam, just because of nervousness ,if only he could have seen his subject teacher for doubt solving he could have been fine, i also shared the same with exam department but they are like its exams we can't allow the subject teachers to go in the class,, why to be so strict for grade lllrd to Vth are they giving board exams? We are here to prepare them for future not to demotivate them or to scare them from this term "EXAM". In this PTIM one the parent said "Ma'am my kid knows all the answers but i don't know why he left the paper empty". What can i say to him because i knew why exactly the child left the paper, just because he needed help for reading few questions ,he could have atleast got the passing marks if a help was provided to the child ,,but no here it is said you don't have to help children in understanding the questions, you don't have to translate the questions for the weak learners . One of the student in my class got B+ and just required something 1 mark for A, the child started crying just because of this, and said "My parents will change the school". if the doubt solving would have been done for the child I'm sure he would get that one mark. And this thing have been told to the exam department and also to HM madam but no action is taken regarding this. So if this gets solved I'm sure parents would be more proud and happy to see their wards performing better. So this is my hearty request to send the subject teacher for doubt solving as they know their students better then anyone else. I'm just concerned about the kids as it is said "Every child has the talent it is the duty of a teacher to bring that out" So as a teacher if I don't do justice to my kids it makes me upset. My work is a challenging one ,as there many other duties that I perform apart from teaching. I interact with individuals as we go for co-parenting visiting many houses and try to find out the problems or issues students face.
