Hi, I am Nitin Dhatrak, I was working with PODARINTERNATIONALSCHOOL last two years. Last two year very amazing in my life with Podar , Many more skill developed in this job, All staff is very Friendly and Supportive. I am very satisfied with PODARINTERNATIONALSCHOOL, I enjoying my job.

Everywhere its negative culture. Discontinued Podar in unsatisfactory level. The real teachers who has passion for teaching as well as are capable of accepting work load they should not join Podar. Really disappointed.

Dislikes

Management do not bother about experienced senior highly qualified teachers. After 6 to 7 years of working at Podar , there is no job security. Newly joined Principal start mental harassment to the senior teacher as her qualification and experience is more than Principal. Teacher retention is least. Less competent teachers are replaced for higher classes. Overall outcome is very very unsatisfied for students and teachers....Read More

Disappointed. After 7 years of working as a senior most teacher and as a senior coordinator in Podar , gave up teaching profession with broken mind and tears.
