1.Policies 2.While I was working, there were several other superiors who've been good which till date makes them to exist in my good book. I still feel happy by remembering them apart from few who've been very toxic during my tenure from their very 1st day itself.

No recognition doesn't matter how good are you in your work. Potential in you does matter to the organisation. No promotion at all.

... to work. They always try to fire you and always finding mistakes in your work. Not giving appropriate salary according to the work. Please don't ever apply for the front desk position in podar international school Gandhidham location

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Not getting salary hike from past 2 yrs.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.
