Almost everything. Poor Management, HR doesn't respond. They treat Creative Team like they are 2nd Class Citizen. Without any prior notice they will ask anyone to change the department and start working on different series.

It was work from home, and the workload was do-able

The content we got to work with was lousy and horrible and i'm not even proud of working on it. The team lead has poor leadership values and skills. The associates and management aren't supportive. Poor salary, and on top of that they don't pay on time.

From my personal experience, as well as that of my colleagues, Pocket FM has a tendency to terminate employees without any prior notice or clear reason. It was unsettling to face this lack of transparency, which affected not only job security but also morale within the team.
