Their hiring process is a complete joke. They only know how to waste the time of people The interview in the marketing department is headed by a personal person called Vishal. who is a 40-year-old something guy with 0 experience in the marketing world.. during the interview, they don't even have proper questions to ask. and he has 0knowledge of marketing or how social media works. yet he's heading the dept. I pity all the employees in the marketing dept headed by a clueless & headless person called Vishal.. The hr's name is Mittal, she's another weird person. all the time busy and has no time to give updates, Shes 24 seven busy and when it's time to book interview rounds she is very active but when it's time to give updates she is absent.... it is. a complete time wastage sorta startup... don't apply in this third-class startup pocketfm.. it will be biggest mistake of your life... All my interview rounds went well but they clearly were just ghost-hiring and wasting time of innocent candidates. please beware from this scam called pocketfm.. the last person to interview was Vineet who was least bothered to interview properly and he was doing other tasks while taking interview of candidates.....Read More

It was work from home, and the workload was do-able

The content we got to work with was lousy and horrible and i'm not even proud of working on it. The team lead has poor leadership values and skills. The associates and management aren't supportive. Poor salary, and on top of that they don't pay on time.
