I just hate this jib.. the culture is worst and the people working there is terrible, they create useless pressure and takes your creativity away from you, they don't pay in time and make you to Begg for your own hard earned money.. worst ever company I ever worked with

I have been associated with this company for the last 4 years and I read about the company's story and tried to write content myself. I wrote a story which did not do well but one of my stories was quite popular and I want to make a career and get a new identity. Really, the platform is very good.

Work from home. The management is fine. Appears to give you growth but have to stick here for a while to actually know.

Work overload. What they expect out of work is unreal. Low compensation for the work they expect. Job is not secure. You can be thrown out anytime. Growth is doubtful Work life balance sucks.

It was work from home, and the workload was do-able

The content we got to work with was lousy and horrible and i'm not even proud of working on it. The team lead has poor leadership values and skills. The associates and management aren't supportive. Poor salary, and on top of that they don't pay on time.
