So far, there's nothing which made me unsatisfied, and I am honest here, the best part I looked for in a corporate is the surroundings and luckily, I've got amazing colleagues, yet now.

The company is very self centric they will ask you to do all the work and will give 0 % feedback or input what they want. Wfh and weekend off was the only good thing

Management is clueless Co founders are clueless Follow them you will be fine If you don't follow them. And try innovation of your own despite it's a success you will hear things like don't do it or you will be asked to leave.

Hiring and firing, humiliation from manager without any reason, unpleasant surprise with immediate termination without any reason or notice, in the name of contract pick level of exploitation. No personal growth, No quality audio production. Most of everything politics in work place.

In the beginning it felt like a good place to be at. Soon enough I understood its a fraudulent company

Terrible work culture No work life balance Insecure founders and this abusive culture permeates down to the lowest managerial level. Very exploitative financially and work wise. They look for loopholes in Indian labor laws to exploit you and use sheer intimidation to silence you. They had one or two shows that saw some mild success and on the basis of that they have been cheating and defrauding investors and audience alike.
