Nothing . This is a very bad company and the work culture is very bad. All the senior’s don’t know anything.they just keep harassing their juniors from from morning and make useless con call from morning 7:00Am onwards.I will not suggest this job to anyone.

There are so much bad things. 1. Company culture is worst like hell 2. Managers and other hierarchy always force you to resign or try to terminate you to save their jobs. 3. HR department is also very much poor. They act like puppet of Managers. 4. Company has several loop hole and mis selling fraud. 5. Girls can survive here if they affair with her boss. L1 and L2 Manager make life hell of Male persons. You will not earn incentives as your boss will transfer to long remote location and will ask you to came the Metlife branch on daily basis. Specially Avinash Thakur the baddest person of Pnb Metlife. Mostly he spoil the career of person by marking the do not hire on the portal and gave negative feedback of person if someone left the company.
