One thing is good in pnbmetlife is they immediately leak the data in the market just after you source the policy and you also can get their data easily in 3-4k from anywhere

There are so many reason 1. Data leakage 2. Old managers who don’t want new managers to develop 3.politics is too toxic 4.Work culture is so bad from morning 8.30 to night 10.30 they only do trainings and reviews 5.Even regional managers are so annoying they shout on managers like they are their labours and day workers 6.No respect for ladies as well

Working is excellent. Training is excellent. Product promotion activity is not a very good . Otherwise overall very good. Friendly culture . Good compensation. Love to work in this company. Company prioties it's based level employees or insurance advisors and front line sales team . Company has excellent strategy one should enter in company will continue to lifetime.
