Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using credit life products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
