Not acceptable work culture because it's totally runs or based on openion and recommendation of certain people. Most of the employees who is engaged with company from long, what I mean is good vintage employees so called experts even not aware basic things or fundamentals. All crusade ways tends or results or rewards good vintage and they turns MetLife reputation bad

Running the show on base of options rather then actuals. Behaving like a proprietor rather then corporate culture.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
