Only old employee are safe there.they are just playing hire& fire people game & playing with their career. Only chaatu employees are successful in pnb met life .

Managers are not at all good they will never guide you through the process and never giving training about anything in the system they will never show support instead they keep grudges with female employees God knows for what purpose you have to do everything on your own they will only ask for business they will never guide you how to do business.

Sorry to say I am not received last 10 days salary amount and before last day my workline Hr is not working and informed my reporting and local HR ..but I am not received and I have already shared daily basis gps photo .. because my reporting said daily share photo with gps but ............😔😔😔😔😔😔

As i am working in PNB Metlife Agency Channel - Hyderabad from last 13 months , You can learn how to do polities and game playing. Specially Hyderabad Cluster No USE.

No professional in office. Only politics you can learn, Specially Hyderabad cluster area Head Malliarjun no use. He will use you for his personal work, No staff is interested to work with him. He will only tell words. worst Office culture. no staff in branches, No proper training but every 30 minits Teams Call and Meeing in Online. Agency Channel will work only as a Marketing vertical. Nothing . This is a very bad company and the work culture is very bad. All the senior’s don’t know anything.they just keep harassing their juniors from from morning and make useless con call from morning 7:00Am onwards.I will not suggest this job to anyone.
