This place is good for the people who would like to learn and ready to do hard work and stretch themselves beyond the office timings due to loads of work and quick turn around time expected by the Company. However, colleagues in PMLI are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The work pressure is v. high. Sometimes or almost all the time one has to do the work of two people. No sufficient bandwidth that's why candidates has to stretch themselves beyond office hours till late night which spoils personal life and peace of mind. There is no proper on job training. Though we get appreciation e-mails from customers for our work but the same goes unnoticed at the time of appraisal, which is a very demotivating factor in PMLI. No proper process while doing work, it keeps on changing daily or as and when the senior / respective heads changes, in stead having one final and determined process while doing work.
