Job security very lass in Kolkata zone. Because today Kolkata head is not good for company and as down line employees also. I am bad experience in 16 months in my PMLI CAREER. This time training is not good.career growth old, not bad. Politics very high after September 2016 due to Kolkata RH. Before September 2016 is nice work place in PMLI. Learning is very nice. Work environment is very good Branch Manager & Sales Manager label. Salary high but appraisal depending KOLKATA RH hands not HR. Work-life as per HR rules very good but Kolkata RH work culture is very bad at this time. Company innovation over all very good....Read More
