Nothing to like about them . Manager are dumb ,they don't have any knowledge only position.HR Parteek /Riya Both are just puppet doing time pass only .they don't have any power . Only old employee are safe there.they are just playing hire& fire people game & playing with their career. Only chaatu employees are successful in pnb met life .

Managers are not at all good they will never guide you through the process and never giving training about anything in the system they will never show support instead they keep grudges with female employees God knows for what purpose you have to do everything on your own they will only ask for business they will never guide you how to do business.

Sorry to say I am not received last 10 days salary amount and before last day my workline Hr is not working and informed my reporting and local HR ..but I am not received and I have already shared daily basis gps photo .. because my reporting said daily share photo with gps but ............😔😔😔😔😔😔

For credit life channel that is PNBHFL volume is only considering for increment and promotion but the actual assessment should be done considering the penetration because that's the exact point of evaluating performance of employee. I have resigned yesterday (30.10.24) due to the same reason only

Everything, I joined on 1st of August within 2 months I gave my resignation The company is very toxic, especially people n work culture here are pathetic. The moment u join the company they will give your pressure to do numbers and call u to nehru place ofent n make u sit there for 7, I wouldn't like to recommend any of you to join this company it's a he'll.
