Good professional growth along with job security. At times of covid, no salary cut was done.

Dislikes

Only problem was that there was no personal and professional life balance which later on was improved. No cafeteria.

The job profile was quite interesting. Needed to have a complete update regarding Real estate market. Learned a lot in the organization and was motivated through appreciation, which helped with professional growth.

The management is a total disaster and there's no empathy towards employees especially the support functions of risk management. A completely sales oriented company.

There was no life at PNB housing in the initial period. It was only work. Once the funds started to deplete, then the work load was a bit lower.
