It's great place to work. Good Transparency in system and everything. Annual appraisal depends on your data and not judgement of Boss or his perspective.

Dislikes

It's good to got the opportunity to work in PoNBHFlL. Due to recession in economy that may impact on Finance Industry. Its more job security to work in Bank rather than HFC.
