The company is open for New comer whom so ever want to take first step Plaza Premium in Good for those whom so ever want to succes in long period of working Rate of Growth is low in Plaza premium but can also Lear so many thing in Plaza premium company .

Compensation is decent but Growth rate is slow some time we have to work for Dobbule shift Nd some time I became triple they are not giving any type of encentive to employe for over time nd manager Don’t appricate the work .

Company is Overall good..the timings and duty roaster is almost good.there re no changes even when someone is absent.Company do coordinate with you.

When it comes to growth,poltics come under a way..People see themselves as a good leader but again there is a pressure from seniors,You cant do this or that,no freedom is given to juniors.For newcomers.seniors will never give them a training .they will never tell or teach skills to juniors and this type of menaility really hurts.las t that i would love to share,They dont coordinate..Please im not saying bad about company but only sharing what i saw.Well anyway im from HM and these kind of things can't put me down.thanks!!...Read More

Work Details

It was somehow exciting to meet guests,cause i love to Communicate with new people..love to give them comforts,this is what i learnt in HM..There was nothing like boring or hectic ..the lounge is always full of guests and in this case i cant feel bore.
