Premium plaza lounge is best for your career growth, you have to face so many different customer service situations by which you'll gain a lot of experience for your future as well as for ur personal life.. Management and staff is very supporting. You never have to face any kind of probleme with your staff like for shifts and week offs.. Best job ever❤

The only thing which i dislike about Premium Plaza Lounge is they don't provide transportion for staff except mahipalpur..

Job is great. You'll get to know about so many things, being a GSO my main work is at reception but then with the great and supportive staff you will learn about f&b services as well and many more..

Company is Overall good..the timings and duty roaster is almost good.there re no changes even when someone is absent.Company do coordinate with you.

When it comes to growth,poltics come under a way..People see themselves as a good leader but again there is a pressure from seniors,You cant do this or that,no freedom is given to juniors.For newcomers.seniors will never give them a training .they will never tell or teach skills to juniors and this type of menaility really hurts.last that i would love to share,They dont coordinate..Please im not saying bad about company but only sharing what i saw.Well anyway im from HM and these kind of things can't put me down.thanks!!...Read More

It was somehow exciting to meet guests,cause i love to Communicate with new people..love to give them comforts,this is what i learnt in HM..There was nothing like boring or hectic ..the lounge is always full of guests and in this case i cant feel bore.
