Culture in the US is only good.

Dislikes

Working under so called leaders/manager here feels to be under -constantly being micromanaged and instills lack of trust, leading to the burnout state. -Hire and fire policy prevails here. - Biased behaviour by managers and favouritism for specific set of people( mostly their ardent followers). Only those individuals are highlighted to the management and put on pedestal. -Managers should ensure that all team members feel valued. -Regional biasness is unparalleled here. Walk down to any team and you will witness. -Organizations should also monitor employee feedback to ensure fairness in their appreciation efforts. The ecosystem can improve only if they pull up their socks and learn to value their employees and get rid of toxicity....Read More
