While we did have to make some changes to our regular merit process earlier in 2024, that change did not impact our team in India. We will continue to evaluate our compensation structures annually to remain competitive locally. In 2024, we faced some challenges that required us to make difficult decisions, including some job impacts. This was felt across many Enterpirse Saas companies. These decisions are never taken lightly, and we always treat them as a last resort, ensuring they are handled with care and respect for those affected.
